Our Facilities
Large gym floor, many stations including cardio equipment, resistance machines, rowers, cable
crossovers. We have two Studios for our regular classes, a separate free weights area
with Olympic plates and benches. Power cage, smith machine. We have two vibrogyms, the
leading manufacturer of this excellent form of training – click here for more information.
We have Level 3 Trainers, who are experienced in nutrition, one to one personal training, we also
have a competition level free weights trainer, who is on hand to give you additional help if needed.
Function Rooms for hire
We have two function rooms, the larger of the two has it’s own licensed bar available during
the day. Both rooms are modern, clean and have flat screen tv’s with FREE wi fi if required.
Buffets or lighter bites can be catered for – to dicuss your requirements in more detail and rates,

An experienced Beauty Therapist and specialist in St.Tropez Spray Tanning is available –
