Class Description
- Spinning: 45 minute cycling class. Journey across ‘flat roads’
and climb ‘hills’ to fun music keeping you motivated and in
the mood!
- Combat Fitness - Empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed! Inspired by martial arts, such as karate, boxing, tawkwondo etc.
- Fitness Pump: A full workout with bars & Weights.
- Bums, Legs and Tums: A fun 60 minute class to really hit those
problem areas – tighten, lift and tone!
- Circuit Training: A fun total workout – this will test your stamina!
- Aerotone: A mix of Aerobics and toning exercises for the whole body
- ZUMBA: Latin American Dancing with a twist!!
- Pilates: Core strengthening, toning and relaxing,
- good for posture
STARTING AFTER HALF TERM ON 13TH JUNE....BLT/BODY CONDITIONING
